REFUND POLICY
Because we believe in the quality of our products we do not accept returns or refunds on any product. In case you receive a defective item, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and replace the product.
You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request the replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and proofs of the defective/damaged/incorrect item.

SHIPPING
We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail Ground Shipping and include tracking numbers.
In stock Items -Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order. You will be notified with a tracking number once your package has shipped.
SEREMEIN is not responsible for lost packages or delays in shipping.
Custom Items – All personalized items are made to order. Please allow at-least 1-2 weeks for all custom items.
